Construction and Real Estate Development :

The Completed Projects:

1. Residence Martan Levent

It was a villa project in luxury district of Istanbul, Levent. Sqm 500 of land, sqm 400 of constrution and US$ 1,7 mio return. It was completed in 2003.

2. İkizler Sitesi Project

Armarin Group realized Gokturk Ikizler Site Project in 2005. The Project located in newly fashion district of Istanbul . The Project has sqm 5,000 of land, sqm 1,500 of construction area and US$ 4 mio turnover. The project was completed in 2006.

3. Residence Martan Pendik

The Residence Martan Project Project Pendik 1 was realised with the cooperation of Finnish

Investment Group, Ajanta Oy (www.ajanta.fi). € 5,0 millons of funds have been provided for  the Project. The Project has been fully managed by Armarin. The company bought first land on May 2006 to develope Residence Martan Pendik Project Phase 1. The Project was located on 4.300 m2 land, 19,000 m2 construction and includes 4 blocks and 117 apartments units. Construction was completed 31 Dec 2009.

Armarin Group Founders have quite big experiences on several constructions and ral estate projects either in their professional or  entrepreunership period. Here are the several examples :

1. Marmaray Project Bosphorus Tunnel Construction

Armarin involved Marmaray Project www.marmaray.com Tunnel which is between Europe and Asia in Istanbul beneath Bosphorus Strait as subcontractor of main contractor, Taisei.

The Marmaray is an important and big project in Istanbul with a cost of US$ 2.2 billion. Japan based Company, Taisei Corporation,  www.taisei.co.jp is the main contractor of the Project, established in 1873 and has undertaken many notable construction projects in Japan and overseas.

2. BJK Fulya Shopping Center, Office and Residential Project Omer Mustafaoglu was the member of the Consulting Board who is responsible to realization of the Project. Project has sqm 200,000 construction and US$ 150 mio rerturn, www.bjk.com.tr

3. Kemer Country Residential Project and Kemer Golf & Country Club Project

The founders of Armarin Group involved to this most succesful ever project troughout 17 years starting from the beginning in the year 1987. Mustafaoglu was General Coordinator of the Group until mid 2004 under legendry founder and dreamer of the Project Mr. Esat Edin. The project has over thousand luxury villas with the couple of mio Dollars prices, 2 nine hole golfcourse. Turnover was over US$ 1,5 bio. www.kemercountry.com

Poject Under Construction

Armarin Paşapark Pendik

These plots include 8,000m2 of gross land, 178 apartment units and 28,000 m2 construction. The project were started Jan 2010 and construction has been progressing.

The project will be completed in 2012.

It is a luxury office building with 4,500 sqm in the heart of Istanbul business Area, Mecidiyekoy

Ömer Mustafoglu (Mr.): Co-founded Armarin in 1999. He began his career as a planning specialist in the Turkish State Planning Organization, spent four years as a Senior Auditor at PriceWaterhouseCoopers.He was Vice President and General Coordinator of Kemer Group, the premier Golf and Country Club and Kemer Country Residential Project in Istanbul, Turkey for 17 years overseeing its nearly US$1billion development projects. B.Sc. Economics. Istanbul University.

Savas Yazici (Mr.): Co-founded Armarin in 1999 and guides it on a day to day basis. He was a former member of the Turkish Parliament (1999-2002. Chief Advisor of the Turkish Maritime Trade Chamber and the Turkish Ship Builders Association as well as a representative of the Turkish Ship Builders Association in the OECD. He began his career as a manager in several Turkish and International companies. B.Sc. Ship Building Nautical Engineering, Istanbul Technical University.
